Clean any dust or dirt with a damp cloth and buff the shoes with a soft polishing cloth to remove excess water. Allow shoes to dry overnight. Tougher scuffs can often be removed by applying a small amount of vaseline on a paper towel or q-tip and rubbing the mark. Wipe the area off with a dry cloth.

Regularly remove dirt with a nubuck cloth or nubuck brush to prevent dirt and grime from building up. A nubuck cleaner can be used on particularly soiled areas by spraying the cleaner onto a nubuck cloth and wiping the surface. Finish by brushing the nap to remove any residue. Apply nubuck protectant spray and let dry overnight.
