All orders are shipped using the Canada Post Expedited service with insurance unless the Xpress post shipping is chosen.
For Pickup in Store bring your order number and valid photo ID with the same address as supplied on order.

Orders shipped to your home can be returned within 30 business days from the date of the online purchase, via Canada Post or in person at our retail location for a full refund, exchange or a gift card.

When shipping the item back via Canada Post or courier the item must be unworn, in the original shoe box with a copy of your invoice. Shoe box must be enclosed in a protective shipping carton. If return specifications are not met, we will not be able to properly process your return. We will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of returned shipments, so we suggest you package your return with the correct protective shipping box and include Canada Post or courier shipping insurance.

We recommend trying your new shoes first on a carpeted surface to make sure they fit perfectly as we do not accept returned shoes that show signs of wear including scuffs, creases, stains (footbed) and soil. Damaged items will be returned to the client at their expense.
