We offer free shipping on orders of $119 or more before taxes. A shipping fee of $11.95 will be charged on orders of less than $119 but more than $60 and a shipping fee of $13.95 will be charged on orders of less than $60. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are excluded from all promotions.
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Regular shipping takes approximately 4 to 7 business days in Canada. Shipping for some online exclusive items could take longer.
Yes, you can choose Xpress post shipping at checkout. It is generally 1 to 3 business days to most addresses in Canada.
Yes. You may have your orders shipped to any valid Canadian address you choose. First, enter the shipping address during checkout and then later on in the checkout process you can indicate your billing address.
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the Canada Post tracking number. Simply click on the link and it will take you to the Canada Post website where the shipment can be tracked. If you have an account, you can also track your order by viewing the "Order History" option in the "My Orders" section.

Yes, we do offer In-store Pick-Up at our store located at 1325 Greene Ave, Westmount, QC. You can select this option at checkout when choosing the shipping method. If your billing address is not located in Québec, nous will need to give us a Quebec shipping adresse for this option to be offered. We suggest that you use our store address.
Your order will be ready for pick up the following business day.
You will receive a second email after your confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up in store.

Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of being shipped. Return shipping is free on orders above $119 before tax. If your order qualifies for free return shipping, you may contact customer care by email at email@example.com to request a prepaid return label. The return label will be sent by email. Orders below $119 can be sent back at your cost through Canada Post. We recommend using a service that includes tracking.
1. Pack unworn items in original shipping carton or wrap the shoe box in craft paper to keep it clean and secure.
2. Remove or black out any old shipping labels, including the original shipping bar code.
3. After including a copy of your original bill, seal the carton with tape.
4. Place the return label onto the box and attach securely.
5. Drop off the package at any Canada Post location.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 days and you will be notified via email as soon as the refund is processed.

No, items purchased in store can only be refunded in store.
We don't offer exchanges. To receive a different item you may return your first order and then place a new one for the item that you would prefer. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service team if you have any questions.
We offer a waranty against manufacturing defects on all shoes for up to 6 months. Our waranty doesn't cover the natural breakdown over time, accidents or problems that may be reasonably expected from wear according to the wearer’s gait and daily activities.
Stand with your heel to a wall and put a measuring tape under your foot. Read off the measured foot length in millimeters at your longest toe. Measure both feet. If you're between two sizes, choose the bigger size. You can also print our Birkenstock sizing template.
You can determine your European shoe size by adding 31 to your U.S. women's size and 33 to your U.S. men's size.
You can determine your Australian shoe size by substracting 3 sizes from your U.S. women's size, substracting 1 size from your U.S. men's size or substracting 1 size from your U.S. children's size. Lenght is the most important element when fitting Blundstone boots. It's normal for there to be a slight amount if heel lift in the boot. All Blundstone boots have reinforced toes which help keep the shape of the boot intact, therefore, boots will never stretch in length. If the fit is initially tight on the top of your feet - be patient, it should stretch with some wear, or can be easily stretched by a cobbler. Please note that half sizes in Blundstone boots do not increase the length of the boot. Instead, they increase the amount of space over the foot by adding more leather creating a wider fit. Use that extra pair of insoles in the box if you find there is too much movement in your Blundstone boots. Doubling up on the insoles can take about 1/2 a size worth of space!
You can determine your United Kingdom shoe size by substracting 2.5 sizes from your U.S. women's size or substracting 0.5 size from your U.S. men's size.
We recommend checking your child shoe sizes every 2 to 3 months. With the Naturino and the Reima brand, it is easy to do since the insole can be removed. There should be about 1cm of space over the longest toe on the insole when they are standing on them. Here is a tool to help you measure there foot if you are unsure what size they are.
